Proposed Service: Program will provide transitional housing and supportive services
for homeless women and children.
Amount Requested: $45,000 for program staff and related program operating costs.

Proposed Service: Program will provide rental assistance to qualified households to
prevent the loss of housing, and will also help place those already
homeless into permanent housing.
Amount Requested: $40,000 for program staff salaries, related program/admin costs
and direct financial assistance.

Communitv Senior Serve - Contareeate Meals
Proposed Service: The program provides seniors with hot lunch 5 days per week at
the Costa Mesa Senior Center.

Community Senior Serve - Home Meal Delivery
Proposed Service: This meals on wheels program will provide food and quick
