We understand that we are to be billed no more than the maximum rate of $149.31 per hour of service rendered.
Each City employment position will be billed at current rates established in the attached RATE
DETERtv1INATIO'NISPECIAL EVENT SERVICES (Per A.R. 2.13). There will also be prearranged minimum number of
hrnu:s identified for employment of City personnel. The Special Event employment position rates may be adjusted at any
time by Costa Mesa City Officials based on new salary negotiations,
Please do not pay for this service until you are billed by the City of Costa Mesa,
Indemnity and Insurance Clause, Please Read:

any and all claims and losses accruing or resulting to ally Bnd all contractors, subcontractors, materialmon, laborers and any
other person, firm or corporation furnishing or supplying work, services, tttaterinls or supplies in connection with the
performance of this contract, and fi+mtl any and all claims and losses accruing or resulting to any person, firm, or
corporation who may be injured or damaged by the Contractor in the perforrtrunce of this contract. The Contractor shall
provide necessary Workman's Compensation Insurance at Contractor's ower cost and expense."
2, Contractor agrees to maintain liability insurance in amounts satisfactory to City and to provide the City a
certificate designating the City as a joint insured under Contractor's policy.
