RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING CITY COUNCIL
POLICY 300-4
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Costa Mesa's Part -Time Employees General Leave Program is
currently addressed in the City Council Policies; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California desires to
repeal Council Policy 300-4, Part -Time Employees General Leave Program; and
WHEREAS, Council Policy 300-4 requires that any revisions to the Policy be
made by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, Part -Time Employees General Leave Program will now be
addressed in the Administrative Regulations of the City of Costa Mesa; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council Adopts Resolution No. _ thereby repealing
Council Policy 300-4, Part -Time Employees General Leave Program; and
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and repealing of this
resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
