Dear Mr. Haynes:
The Department of Housing and Community Development (Department) is pleased to
announce that Mercy House Living Centers has been awarded an Emergency Solutions
Grants (ESG) Program grant in the amount of $97,000. This letter constitutes notice of
the award of ESG funds for use at Mercy House - Costa Mesa Rapid Re -Housing in the
City of Costa Mesa in Orange County.
Mercy House Living Centers will be able to draw down funds when the Standard
Agreement is fully executed and all special conditions have been cleared in writing.by
the Department. In addition, grant expenditures may not be incurred prior to the
execution of the Grant Agreement.
