Personally, the negative impact for our household would far exceed the positive -Just as a minimum, here are a few: • Traffic increase - danger to the children/pets, etc. • Water use increase - we are in a drought • Power use - our area is already included on a wide area grid, which has seen increased power outages Neighborhood -wide: Obviously - same impact as our household but also 1. Privacy issues with a 2-3 story structures 2. Access to -from the new structure on Carnegie creates congestion 3. Breezeslairflow will be eliminated to the houses 4. Removing the restaurant, other local business conveniences 5. Destroying the beautiful trees which also act a heat shade & contribute to our clean air I am writing to ask the Costa Mesa City Council to consider an alternative plan or to abandon this rezoning action. Please accept this notice for review & consideration. Thankyou. Thank You. Roger Hager/ Bobby D. Hill A Concerned Costa Mesa Resident.
