Encountered utility lines not shown per plan including some slurry - encased areas requiring additional potholing and identification. Load and dispose of concrete from 8'° siphon trench. Itemized cost breakdowns for tabor, Material, and Equipment attached herein. Costs include all applicable markups as permitted in the Project Specifications. The net accumulated increase in total contract price from the original Bid Proposal is: 147,333.88 / $2.553,940.04 or 1.9%. The City will get reimbursed by Mesa Water District for this change order.
