SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF COSTA MESA
October 29, 2015
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California met in a Special Closed
Session, on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in Council Chambers, 77 Fair
Drive, Costa Mesa.
Council Member Monahan called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL:
Council Members Present: Council Member Katrina Foley
Council Member Sandra Genis
Council Member Gary Monahan
Council Members Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Righeimer
Mayor Mensinger
CLOSED SESSION
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR
Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Negotiator: Thomas R. Hatch, Chief Executive Officer
Employee Organization:_ Costa Mesa Police Association (CMPA)
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
The meeting was recessed to Conference Room 5A for the closed session at 10:04
a.m.
The City Attorney stated there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
The special meeting adjourned at 10:54 a.m.
