This letter is to confirm the following:
1 . The subject property is currently zoned R1 (single-family residential).
2. Two dwelling units legally exist on the subject property. These two units
were constructed prior to the down-zoning of the property from a multiple-
family zone to a single-family zone.
3. The City officially recognizes the presence of two addresses (265 and 267
Virginia Place) on this site.
By copy of this letter to the County Assessor's office, I am requesting that they too
recognize the two addresses of this property.
