The work required by the contract documents was completed on February 12, 2016 to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer. The final contract cost amounted to $134,753.76. A report
of the final costs is included herein as Attachment 1.

aforementioned change order and final quantity adjustment.
As of this date there are no Stop Notices filed against the monies due to PTM General
Engineering Services, Inc.
