Public comment is permitted, but only on the items that have been described on this
agenda (GC §54954.3). Members of the public wishing to address the City Council
will be given three (3) minutes to speak.*
*These time limitations may be extended for good cause by the mayor or the majority vote of the
City Council.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Conference with Thomas R. Hatch, Chief Executive Officer, and Labor
Negotiator, Agency Negotiator regarding Employee Organization: Costa Mesa
Fire Fighters Association (CMFA), pursuant to California Government Code
Section 54957.6.
The City Council will recess to Conference Room 5A for Closed Session at the
conclusion of public comments.
