AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING
THE ZONING OF PROPERTY IN THE GENERAL
AREA OF MONROVIA AND PLACENTIA AVENUES
AND SEVENTEENTH AND EIGHTEENTH STREETS
FROM Ml TO MG.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described
real property is hereby placed and included in the MG zone,
to wit:
Orange County Assessor Parcel Numbers 116-160-06,
116-160-07, 116-160-08, 116-160-11, 116-160-13,
116-160-14, 116-160-15, 116-220-01, 116-220-03,
116-220-04, 116-160-07, 116-220-08, and 116-220-09.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-79
of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District
Map A-2 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the
addition thereto of the MG area described in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and
prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the
passage thereof shall be published once in the Orange Coast
Daily Pilot, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names
of the members of the City Council voting for and against
the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1974.

of the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, hereby certify
that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 74-56 was intro-
duced and considered section by section at a regular meeting
of said City Council held on the 15th day of october, 1974,
and thereafter passed and adopted as a whole at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of November,
1974, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members: Wilson Hammett, Pinkley,
Raciti, Hertzog
NOES: Council Members: None
ABSENT: Council Members: None
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the Seal of the City of Costa Mesa this 6th day of
November, 1974.
