AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
AMENDING SECTION 3.2 OF ARTICLE III OF ORDINANCE NO. 32 OF
SAID CITY CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOTS 5 THROUGH 39, TRACT
NO. 2822 FROM Al TO R2 AND LATS 40 THROUGH 298, TRACT NO.
2822 AND ALL OF TRACTS 2353, 3115 and 3363 FROM Al TO Rl.
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.2 of Article III
of Ordinance No. 32 of the City of Costa Mesa, all that portion of the following
described premises is hereby placed and included in the R2 Zone, to wit:
Lots 5 through 39, Tract 2822
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.2 of Article III
of Ordinance No. 32 of the City of Costa Mesa, all that portion of the following
described premises is hereby placed and included in the R1 Zone, to wit:
Lots 40 through 298, Tract 2822 and all of Tracts
2353, 3115, and 3363.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)
days from the passage thereof, this Ordinance, together with the names of the
members of the City Council voting for and against the same, shall be published
once in the GLOBE -HERALD AND PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed
and published in the City of Costa Mesa.

MESA AMENDING SECTION 3.2 OF

The City Council of the City of Costa
Mesa does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the
provisions of Section 3.2 of Article III
of Ordinance No. 32 of the City of
Costa Mesa, all that portion of the
following described premises is hereby
placed and included in the R2 Zone,
to wit:
Lots 5 through 39, Tract 2822
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the pro-
visions of Section 3.2 of Article III of
Ordinance No. 32 of the City of Costa
Mesa, all that portion of the following
described premises is hereby placed
and included in the R1 Zone, to
wit:
Lots 40 through 298, Tract 2822
and all of Tracts 2353, 3115, and
3363.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall
take effect and be in full force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage,
and prior to the expiration of fifteen
(15) days from the passage thereof,
this Ordinance, together with the
names of the members of the City
Council voting for and against the
same, shall be published once in the
