HomeMy WebLinkAbout254 - Amending ORD 44 to Make Portion of Irvine Avenue a One-way StreetORDINANCE NO. 02� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COSTA IMSA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINAICE NO. 44 TO MAKE A PORTION OF IRVINE AVENUE A ONE - WAY STREET. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 170 of Ordinance No. 44 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following street: Irvine Avenue from the Northerly limits of the City boundaries to a point 333 feet South of East 17th Street. Said Street shall be one-way running in the Southerly direction. SECTION 2. Section 175 of Ordinance No. 44 is hereby amended by adding the following street: The Easterly side of Irvine Avenue between the Northerly City limits and a point 333 feet South of East 17th Street. SECTION 3. ENACTMENT. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from its passage shall be published once in the GLOBE -HERALD and PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
