AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAKES NECESSARY
TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF COSTA ?MESA FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1959-1960.
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to
support the departments of the City of Costa Mesa during the Fiscal Year 1959-1960
be, and the same is hereby, fixed and determined to be the sum of $414,624.10.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance sha=d take effect immediately, and within
fifteen (15) days thereafter, this Ordinance, together with the names of the
members of the City Council voting for and against the same, shall be published
once in the GLOBE -HERALD and PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed
and published in the City of Costa Mesa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 24th day of August, 1959s

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa held on the 17th
day of August, 1959, and thereafter adopted as a whole at an adjourned regular meet-
ing of said Council held on the 24th day of August, 1959, by the following roll -call
vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN - NONE
