HomeMy WebLinkAbout275 - Setbacks in Tract 3363 and East of Harbor BlvdORDINANCE NO. 02 / J� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AMENDING SECTION 10.3 OF ARTICLE X OF ORDINANCE NO. 32 OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING SETBACKS IN TRACT NO. 3363 AND BETWEEN VICTORIA AND HAMILTON STREETS EAST OF HARBOR BOULEVARD. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 10.3 of Article X of Ordinance NO. 32 is hereby amended by adding new sub -sections as follows: "Z 9. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Ordinance, the setbacks for any structure on the following described properties shall be as follows: Lots 130 through 130, Lots 197 and 198, and Lots 200 through 203, Tract No. 3363, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 112, pages 37 through 48, Records of Orange County, Calif- ornia: Front yard setback - forty feet (+0.00') from the centerline of the abutting street. Rear yard setback - twenty feet (20.00') from the rear property line of the lot." "Z 10 Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Ordinance, the setback for any structure on either side of the following described centerline shall be as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of Victoria Street, distant thereon 324.45 feet from the centerline of Harbor Boulevard in an easterly direction; thence South parallel with said centerline of Harbor Boulevard to the North line of Hamilton Street: Ten feet (10.00) feet from either side of said centerline." SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from its passage shall be published once in the Globe -Herald and Pilot, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 10.3 of Article R of Ordinance No. 32 is hereby amended by adding new sub -sections as follows: "Z 9. Notwithstanding any other pro• visions in this Ordinance, the set- backs for any structure on the fol- lowing described properties shall be as follows: Lots 130 through 180, Lots 197 and 198, and Lots 200 through 203, Tract No. 3363, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 112, pages 37 through 48, Records of Orange County, Call- fornia: Front yard setback — forty feet (40.00') from the centerline of the abutting street. Rear yard setback — twenty feet (20.00') from the rear property line of the lot."
