HomeMy WebLinkAbout288 - Rezone No. 95, Area between 17th & 19th and Area between Tustin &- Irvine, R-1ORDINANCE 140. eZ i� r AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AMENDING SECTION 3.2 OF ARTICLE III OF ORDINANCE NO. 32 OF SAID CITY CHANGING THE ZONING OF AN AREA LYING BETWEEN 17TH AND 19TH STREETS AND BETWEEN TUSTIN AND IRVINE AVENUES FROM R-4 TO R -I. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.2 of Article III of Ordinance No. 32 of the City of Costa Mesa, all that portion of the following de- scribed premises is hereby placed and included in the R-1 Zone, to wit: Lots 1 through 41 of Tract 2009, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 61, page 34, Records of Orange County, California Lots 117, 118 and 127 of Newport Heights Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 4, page 83, Records of said County. Lots 1 through 30 of Tract No. 1174, as shown on a map thereof re- corded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 37, page 26, Records of said Orange County. Lots 1 through 140 of Tract No. 1154, as shown on a map thereof re- corded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 37, page 12, Records of said Orange County. Lots 1 through 10 of Tract No. 504, as shown on a map thereof record- ed in Miscellaneous Maps Book 17, page 31, Records of said Orange County. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from its passage, this Ordinance, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same, shall be published once in the GLOBE -HERALD and PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1.
