AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
ESTABLISHING FRONT AND REAR YARD SETBACK LINES FOR LOTS 1
THROUGH 113 OF TRACT NO. 3749•
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9296.3 of Division XV of Article 2 of Chapter IX of the
Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto
of sub -section Z-16, as follows:
"Z-16) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Article, the setbacks
for any structure on the following described properties shall be as follows:
For the properties situated on Lots 1 through 113 of Tract No. 3749,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book ISI ,
pages Z o:93 , Records of Orange County:
Front yards: 40.00 feet minimum setback from the centerline of streets.
Rear yards: 10.00 feet minimum setback from rear property lines."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from
its passage shall be published once in the GLOBE -HERALD and PILOT, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with
the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
