Home My WebLink About315 - Establishing Setbacks on Harbor BlvdonionCE No . ,3 S AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ESTABLISHING SETBACKS ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF HARBOR BOULEVARD BETWEEN WILSON STREET AND TALBERT AVENUE IN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 9296.3 of Division XV of Article 2 of Chapter IX of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of Sub -section Z-17, as follows: "Z-17 Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Article, the setbacks for any structure on the propeerties on the East and West sides of Harbor Boulevard between Wilson Street and Talbert Avenue, in the City of Costa Mesa shall be as shown on a map thereof, dated July 18, 1960, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof." SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 211, adopted by this City Council on November 3, 1958, establishing setbacks between a point 215 feet north of the centerline of Wilson Street and Fair Drive, on the East side of Harbor Boulevard, the provisions thereof being included in and superseded by this Ordinance, is hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from its passage shall be published once in the GLOBE -HERALD and PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed add published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
