Home My WebLink About345 - Rezone No. 121, Portion of Lots 3 and 4 of Block "D" of Berry Tract, C-1ORDINANCE NO. 3 Y5' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOTS 3 AND 4 OF BLACK "D" OF THE BERRY TRACT FROM A-1 AND R-4 TO C-1. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9230.2 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, all that portion of the following described premises is hereby placed and included in the C-1 Zone, to -wit: That portion of Lots 3 and 4 of Block D of the Berry Tract in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, in the County of Orange, State of California, as said Tract is shown on a map recorded in Book 9, page 6 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the West line of said Lot 4 with the centerline of Paularino Avenue; thence along said centerline South 890 49' 35" East 520.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence parallel with said West line of Lot 4 North 00 29' 07" East 998.00 feet; thence North 90 04' 30" East 199.29 feet; thence North 600 15' 53" East 74.92 feet; thence South 290 44' 07" East 489.34 feet to the westerly line of Bristol Street, 120 feet in width; thence southerly along said westerly line of Bristol Street to its intersection with the centerline of Paul- arino Avenue and westerly along said centerline of Paularino Avenue to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, this Ordinance, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same, shall be published once in the GLOBE - HERALD and PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa.
