Home My WebLink About346 - Rezone No. 122, Lots 1-10 of Tract 590, Lots 74, 83, 84 of Newport Heights Tract, to C-1-SORDINANCE NO. .3 Y6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 10 OF TRACT NO. 590, AND LOTS 74, 83 and 84 OF NEWPORT HEIGHTS TRACT FROM R-4, P-1 AND C-2 TO C -1-S. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9230.2 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, all that portion of the following described premises is hereby placed and included in the C -1-S Zone, to -wit: Lots 1 to 10 inclusive of Tract No. 590 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 31, page 36, records of Orange County. All of Lots '(4, b3 and 04 or Newport Heights Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 4, Page 83, records of Orange County. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, this Ordinance, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same, shall be published once in the GLOBE -HERALD and PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa.
