AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
ESTABLISHING BUILDING SETBACK LINES ON THE EAST AND WEST
SIDES OF HARBOR BOULEVARD BETWEEN WEST WILSON STREET AND
TALBERT AVENUE IN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA.
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Sub -section Z-17 of Section 9296.3 of Division XV of
Article 2 of Chapter IX of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa is
hereby amended as follows:
IZ-17). Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Article,
the setbacks for any structure on the properties on the East
and nest sides of Harbor Boulevard between Wilson Street and
Talbert Avenue, in the City of Costa Mesa shall be as shown on
a map thereof, dated June 5, 1961, attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
thirty (30) days from and after tE passage, and prior to the expiration of
fifteen (15) days from its passage shall be published once in the Globe
Herald and Pilot, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published
in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the
City Council voting for and against the same.
