The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the R1 Zone, to wit: Lotsyl through 113 of Tract No. 1986, as shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 72, pages 421 and 422, Records of Orange County. Lots 1 through 28 of Tract No. 2168 as shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 62, page 19, Records of said County. Lots 1 through 25, and Lots 28 through 31 of Tract No. 2315 as shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 62, page 39, Records of said Orange County. Lots 1 through 12 of Tract No. 2313, as shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 68, page 29, Records of said County. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-3 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the R1 area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full_ force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days 04 . e CI4JT from the passage thereof shall be published once in the - a PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
