AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ADOPTING THE COSTA MESA UNIFORM HEATING, VENTILATING, REFRIGERATION, AND AIR-CONDITIONING CODE. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of Section 8350 to read as follows: "Sec. 8350 Adoption of Costa Mesa Uniform Heating Ventilating, Refrigeration, and Air -Conditioning Code. That certain published document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa, being marked and de- signated as the "Costa Mesa Uniform Heating, Ventilating, Refrigeration, and Air -Conditioning Code", establishing rules and regulations for the installation, operation and maintenance of heating, ventilating, refrigerat- ion and air-conditioning equipment, is hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as though fully set forth in this Article." SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days OR Ac NG E COAST D,414l' from its passage shall be published once in the SAW sad PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
