HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-43 - Denying Planning Action PA-95-27RESOLUTION NO. 95-43 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, DENYING PLANNING ACTION PA -95-27. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, an application was filed by Gordon Harvin Glass, authorized agent for Thom Gall and Suzie Christensen, with respect to real property located at 499 Magnolia Street, requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of two garages totalling 1,850 square feet (700 square feet permitted), in conjunction with construction of a new, approximately 3,900 - square -foot, two-story, single-family residence in the Rl zone; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on May 8, 1995; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public hearing on June 5, 1995; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, based on the evidence in the record and the findings contained in Exhibit "A", the City Council hereby denies Planning Action PA -95-27 with respect to the property described above.
