HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-102 - Authorizing OC Flood Control District to Improve Greenville-Banning ChannelRESOLUTION N0. 96 - /D 2, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT TO IMPROVE THE GREENVILLE-BANNING CHANNEL. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, the Greenville -Banning Channel (Orange County Flood Control District Facility No. D03) from Harbor Boulevard to MacArthur Boulevard is located in the City of Costa Mesa; and WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District is planning a project for construction of -improvements to the Greenville -Banning Channel; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa authorizes the Orange County Flood Control District to improve the Greenville - Banning Channel (Facility No. D03) within the City limits.
