A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 026
TO THE LOCAL AGENCY -STATE AGREEMENT FOR
FEDERAL AID BETWEEN THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF COSTA MESA.
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED by the City Council of the City
of Costa Mesa, State of California, in regular session held on January 20, 1997, that
Supplement No. 026, to Local Agency -State Agreement for Federal -Aid No. 12-5312
between the Department of Transportation, State of California, and the City
of Costa Mesa, dated July 18, 1977, which provides for funds under the Local
Surface Transportation Program, is hereby approved.
WHEREAS, the City of Costa Mesa has applied for and will receive Local
Surface Transportation Program funding for the following supplement:
Supplement No. 026, Fairview Road: Paularino Channel to Baker Street,
Project STPLMA-5312 (016); and
WHEREAS, the City of Costa Mesa is committed to providing the street
improvement identified above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Director
of Public Services is authorized to execute the necessary documents for said
supplement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1997.
