The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does ordain as follows; SECTlnr, 1. It_ is hereby added to Ordinance No. 37 a ne-w section as follows: "Section 1-A. The following printed documents entitled 13tandard Plat! r"o. 12 -- Deprossion of Curb for Dr3vetray Approach' and 'Standard Plan No. 13 - Typical. Section for Improvement of Street fifty (50) feet in width' and 'Standard 'Ian Fo. Vi - Timber Guard Rail1, all dated September 6, 1955, three (3) copif3s o:" irhich having heretofore beer. filed in the Office of the City Clerk of this Citj for t;se and, examination by the public, are hereby adopted as the standards of the Citi of Costa Mesa ='or the construction and improvement of City str;:ets, curbs and gutters." SECTION ?. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage,, and prior to the exp -►_r tion of fifteen (15) days after the passage thereof this Ordinance, -together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for or against, the same, shall be published once in the Costa Mesa Globe Herald, a newspaper printed in the City of Costa Mesa.
