Section 1 of Article III of Ordinance No. 60 is hereby amended to read as _follows: "SECTION 1. E.YCAV TIONS, FILLS, OBSTRUCTIONS, UPON OR INJURY TO STREETS, ','ITHOL . P ��IT PROEM ED.
