HomeMy WebLinkAbout91 - Westminster Avenue Setbacks - Superseded by ORD 106ORDINANCE NO, 91 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 32 BEING ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COSTA TSA ESTABLISHING LAND CLASSIFICA- 'T'IONS IN DISTRICTS ?aITHIN THE INCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AND REGULATING THE USES OF PROPERTY THEREIN, ADOPTING A MAP OF SAID DISTRICTS, DEFINING THE TERMS USED IN THIS ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT, ENFORCE14ENT AND AMEN 4ENT HEREOF, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION HEREOF, AND REPEALING ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT AND IN CONFLICT HEREWITH," The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1, Section 10,3 of Article X of Ordinance No, 32 is hereby amended by adding thereto a neer subsection as follows: "Y. Notwithstanding, any other provision of this Ordinance, the setback for any structure sha3.1 be not less than 503 for the follo-wing described area, to -twit: The extension of Westatinsier Avenue between East 17th Street and East 18th Street, 503 setback northeasterly of the so-atheaster]y line of Lot 93 503 setback southeasterly of the northwesterly line of Lot 94 503 setback northwesterly of the northwesterly line of Lot 104 503 setback southeasterly of the northwesterly line of Lot 104 853 setback southeasterly of th° northwesterly line of Lot 114 all in the Newport Heights Tract, SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage; and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, this Ordinance, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same, shall be published once in the Costa Masa Globe Herald, a newspaper printed in the City of Costa Mesa, PASSED and adopted this 6th day of June, 15,550 - d'.ayo :;C: G o8Ti3le3a ATTEST: ? r ` 6 y o osta-Resa STATE OF CALTFOR11IA) CUt7= OF ORANGE ) SS CITY OF COSTA MESA ) i$ A.
