AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AMENDINI ORDINANCE NO. 32, ESTABLISH-
ING AN A-1 GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT AND ESTABLISHING} DISTRICT REGULATIONS
THEREFM
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3.1, Article III, is hereby amended to read as
follows:

SECTION 3.1A A-1 AGRICULTUR4L DISTRICT REGULATIONS
A. USES PERMITTED
1. Farming, including all types of agriculture and horticulture,
grazing, kennele and Waall animal farms, poultry and squab
farms and similar types of farming.
EXCEPT:
(a) Commercial dairieo having..herds of more than five head.
(b) Parma operated publicly or privately for the disposal of
garbage, swage, rubbish or offal.

SECTION 3. ENACTMEW. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force

(15) days from its passage shall be published once in the Costa Mesa Globe Herald,
a newspaper of general circulPtion, printed and published in the City of Costa
Mesa, together with the names of the me bore of the City Council voting for and
against the same.
