CTTY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE OF' THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ESTARLTSHING LAND CLASS- IFICATIONS IN DISTRICTS WITHIN THr. INCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AND REG?1LATTNG THE USES OF PROPERTY THEREIN, ADOPTING A MAP OF SAID DISTRICTS, DE'F'INING THE Tt,RMS USED IN TUTS ORDINANCE, iROVIDTNG FOR. THE ADJUSTMENT, ENFORCE- MENT AND AMENDp1ENT HEREOF, AND REPEALING ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDTNANCES INCONSISTENT AND IN CONFLICT HEREWITH." The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does ordain as follows: SECTION to Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.2 of ARTICLE III of Ordinance No. 32 of the City of Costa Mesa, all. that portion of the following; described prer:ises is hereby placed and included. in the M-1, Tight Industrial District, to -wit: "Lots 102, 103 and 104 and the North half. of Lots 108 and 109, the Northeast acre of Lot 107 and the remaining North half of Lot 107, as shown on a map of Tract No. 653 record- ed in Book 42, page 19, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California." SECTION 2. Section 10.3 of ARTICLE X of Ordinance No. 32 is hereby ar.end.ed by adding thereto a- new subsection as follows: "Z. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Ordinance, the setback for any structure for the follow;ng described area shall be as follows: In Lots 102, 103, 107, 108 and 109 of Tract No. 653 - - 751 southerly of the centerline of Victoria Street." SECTION 3. ENACTMENT. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passag-e, and pro or to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passa:-e thereof, this Ordinance, together with the nacres of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same, shall be published once in the Costa Mesa Globe -Herald, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa.
