The City Council of the City of CoF-ta Mesa does ordain as follows: SECTTON 1, Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.2 of Article III of Ordinance No. 32 of the Citi; of Costa Mesa, California, all that portion of the following described premises are hereby placed and included in the M -1-A District, to -wit: The East one-half of Lot 361, Fairview Farms Tract. SECTTON 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty ( 30) days from and after its passage; and prior to the expiration of fifteen (lr) days from the passage thereof, this Ordinance, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same, shall be published once in the Costa Mesa Globe -Herald, a newspaper of general circul- ation printed and p.iblished in the City of Costa Mesa.
