A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2026-03 RENAMING THE ASSISTANT
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR CLASSIFICATION REPRESENTED BY THE
COSTA MESA DIVISION MANAGERS ASSOCIATION.
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve, determine and
order as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council previously adopted Resolution No. 2026-XX revising
the pay ranges and benefits for job classifications represented by the Costa Mesa Division
Managers Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to rename the existing “Assistant
Development Services Director” as the “Assistant Community Development Director”
classification; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa
Mesa as follows:
SECTION 1. The existing “Assistant Development Services Director” classification
is renamed as the “Assistant Community Development Director” classification.
SECTION 2. Except as modified by this Resolution, Resolution No. 2026-03 shall
remain in full force and effect.
