Rimpau to C1-SORDINANCE NO. / % AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.2 OF ARTICLE III OF ORDINANCE NO. 32 OF THE, CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ES- TABLISHING LAND CLASSIFICATIONS IN DISTRICTS WITHIN THE INCORPORATED TERRITORY OF THE CITY OF COSTA HESA AND R'SGUTATING THE USES OF PROPERTY THEREIN, ADOPTING A MAP OF SAID DISTRICTS, DEFINING THE TERMS USED IN THIS ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT, ENFORCE- MENT AND AMENDMENT HEREOF, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION HEREOF, AND REPSA LING ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT AND IN CONFLICT HERWITH. u The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.2 of Article III of Ordinance No. 32 of the City of Costa Ifiesa, California, all that portion of the following described premises are hereby placed and in - eluded in the C-1-3 zone, to -wit; westerly 229.33' of Lot 2 and the East one-half of Lot 3, Block A, Berry Tract. SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage; and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, this Ordinance, together with the naraes of the members of the City Council voting for and against the sane, shall be published once in the Costa Mesa Globe -Herald, a news- paper printed and circulated in the City of Costa Mesa.
