HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-25 - Fire Chief or Designee to Proceed with Removal of Weeds and Rubbish15 RESOLUTION NO. 93-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, INSTRUCTING AND AUTHORIZING THE FIRE CHIEF OR HIS DESIGNEE TO PROCEED WITH THE REMOVAL OF WEEDS AND RUBBISH. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, pursuant to the provisions of Title 8, Chapter IV, Costa Mesa Municipal Code, held and conducted a public hearing on the 5th day of April, 1993, on the proposed abatement of rubbish and weeds constituting a nuisance on certain streets, sidewalks, parkways, and private property in the City of Costa Mesa; and WHEREAS, objects, if any, were overruled; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Fire Chief or his designee be, and he is hereby instructed and authorized to proceed with the abatement of rubbish and weeds constituting a public nuisance in the City of Costa Mesa as set forth and designated in Resolution 93-16 of the City Council of said City and in accordance with the provisions of Title 8, Chapter IV, Costa Mesa Municipal Code.
