Our records indicate that Permit# B09-00041 (re-roof) is about to expire. Please call our
inspection request line at 714/754-5626 and request a final inspection. If you do not have
an approved FINAL inspection by March 26, 2010 your permit will expire and additional
fees will be required to reinstate your expired permit.

It has also come to our attention that there is unpermitted construction occurring at the
above address. Please come to the City of Costa Mesa, Building/Safety Dept., 77 Fair
Drive,211d floor and apply for a demolition permit. Once the permit has been obtained,
the following must occur:
1. Remove the wall installed in the garage area.
2. Restore the garage to the parking area.
3. Remove all electrical extension cords in the garage area.
4. Garage may not be used as an extension of the living area.
A demolition permit must be obtained within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter
or we will be forced to forward the information to the City Attorney's office.
