RESOLUTION NO. 89-71A
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CORRECTING THE LEGAL
DESCRIP'T'ION SEI' FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 89-71.
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa
adopted Resolution No. 89-71, to acquire certain parcels of real property
by condemnation for the Victoria Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing was given to the property owners in accor-
dance with law prior to adoption of said Resolution No. 89-71; and
WHEREAS, it appears that due to a clerical error, an inaccurate legal
description was inadvertently appended to said Resolution 89-71;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 89-71 is hereby
amended by completing and correcting the legal description attached thereto
to read as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incor-
porated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1989.

parallel with the Southerly line of Victoria Street, a distance of 69.45
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the North, and having
a radius of 1442.00 feet; thence Westerly along said curve through a cen-
tral angle of 6 degrees 53 minutes 45 seconds, an arc distance of 173.55
feet to a point of tangency; thence North 83 degrees 38 minutes 15 seconds
West, a distance of 17.18 feet; thence South 46 degrees 59 minutes 22
