RESOLUTION NO. 89-76A
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CORRECTING THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 89-76.
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa
adopted Resolution No. 89-76, to acquire certain parcels of real property
by condemnation for the Victoria Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing was given to the property owners in accor-
dance with law prior to adoption of said Resolution No. 89-76; and
WHEREAS, it appears that due to a clerical error, an inaccurate legal
description was inadvertently appended to said Resolution 89-76;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 89-76 is hereby
amended by completing and correcting the legal description attached thereto
to read as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incor-
porated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1989.

The East 60 feet of the West 160 feet of the North One-half of Lot 38 of
Tract No. 9, City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 9, page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Victoria Street, 50 feet
wide, as shown on said map of Tract No. 9, distant thereon North 89 degrees
28 minutes 00 seconds East, 100 feet from the Northwestern corner of said
Lot 9; thence continuing North 89 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds East along
said Southerly line, 60.00 feet to the Northeasterly corner of a parcel of
land described in Deed from Marian A. Peebler to Marian A. Peebler and
Daniel Dec Jittu, recorded August 30, 1982, as Instrument No. 82-305686 or
Official Records of said Orange County; thence South 0 degrees 32 minutes
00 seconds West, along the Easterly line of said Parcel, 17.00 feet; thence
South 89 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West, parallel with said Southerly
line, 25.01 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the South,
and having a radius of 1,958.00 feet; thence Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 1 degree 01 minutes 27 seconds, an arc distance
of 35.00 feet to a point on the westerly line of said Parcel; thence North
0 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West along said 'Westerly line, a distance
of 17.31 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
