RESOLUTION NO. 89-90A
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CORRECTING THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 89-90.
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa
adopted Resolution No. 89-90, to acquire certain parcels of real property
by condemnation for the Victoria Street Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing was given to the property owners in accor-
dance with law prior to adoption of said Resolution No. 89-90; and
WHEREAS, it appears that due to a clerical error, an inaccurate legal
description was inadvertently appended to said Resolution 89-90;
N049, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 89-90 is hereby
amended by completing and correcting the legal description attached thereto
to read as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incor-
porated herein.

and running thence Southerly along said extension and the Pksterly line of
said Lot, 332.5 feet, more or less, to the South line of the North One-half
of said Lot 34; thence Easterly along the South line of the North One-half
of said Lot, 55 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Westerly line of
said Lot and the Northerly extension thereof, 332.5 feet, more or less, to
the center line of Victoria Street; thence Westerly along said center line,
55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
