HomeMy WebLinkAbout89-91A - Correcting Legal Description set forth in Resolution No. 89-91I RESOLUTION NO. 89-91A A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 89-91. WHEREAS, on March 7, 1989, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa adopted Resolution No. 89-91, to acquire certain parcels of real property by condemnation for the Victoria Street Improvement Project; and WHEREAS, notice of hearing was given to the property owners in accor- dance with law prior to adoption of said Resolution No. 89-91; and WHEREAS, it appears that due to a clerical error, an inaccurate legal description was inadvertently appended to said Resolution 89-91; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 89-91 is hereby amended by completing and correcting the legal description attached thereto to read as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incor- porated herein.
