HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-25 - Fire Chief or Designee to Proceed with Removal of Weeds and RubbishRESOLUTION NO. 91-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, INSTRUCTING AND AUTHORIZ- ING THE FIRE CHIEF OR HIS DESIGNEE TO PROCEED WITH THE REMOVAL OF WEEDS AND RUBBISH. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOVE: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, pursuant to the provisions of Title 8, Chapter IV, Costa Mesa Municipal Code, has held and conducted a public hearing on the 1st day of April, 1991, on the proposed abatement of rubbish and weeds constituting a nuisance on certain streets, sidewalks, parkways, and private property in the City of Costa Mesa; and WHEREAS, objections, if any, were overruled; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Fire Chief or his designee be, and he is hereby instructed and authorized to proceed with the abatement of rubbish and weeds constituting a public nuisance in the City of Costa Mesa as set forth and designated in Resolution 91-19 of the City Council of said City and in accordance with the provisions of Title 8, Chapter IV, Costa Mesa Municipal Code.
