The problem of the leaking roof has apparently been solved. Her current problem is: Inspectors (Mac and Bob Young) would not approve the final building inspection due to extremely poor workmanship on the dry wall taping and nailing. She stated she had contacted the Curtis F. Clark Construction Co. many times regarding this problem, with no remedy. I advised her to write a letter to Surety Co. advising then of the situation and asking whether the release mentioned would be a full release on the property, or only the roof portion, and to send a copy to the last known address of the construction company. I also advised her to consult with her attorney regarding these matters and to make sure anyone doing contract work on her property was duly licensed. She has already filed a ca plaint with the Consumer Affairs Office, (Mr. Hendrix) .
