HomeMy WebLinkAbout902 - Adoption of High Rise Standard to the Land Use Ordinance40 RESOLUTION M. 902 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA APPROVING HIGH RISE STANDARDS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ANS TO THE LAND USE ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF SAID HIGH RISE STANDARDS. WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa certain proposed standards for the development of high-rise structures in the City of Costa Mesa, a copy of said standards being attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that said high-rise standards be approved and adopted] NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, that said proposed high-rise standards be, and the same are hereby, approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Attorney of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby instructed to draft an amendment to the Land Use Ordinance of the City of Costa Mesa authorizing the adoption of said standards.
