HomeMy WebLinkAbout62-75 - Vacation of Portion of Aliso Street - IntentionRESOLUTION No. 62-75 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE VACATION FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THAT PORTION OF ALISO STREET BETWEEN EAST TWENTIETH STREET AND ESTHER STREET IN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby declare its intention to vacate that certain right of way for street purposes described as follows: That portion of Tract No. 641 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, page 40, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, lying northwesterly of Lots 10 and 11 of said tract. Reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa for a more full and particular description. Monday, the 18th day of June, 1962, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chamber at the Costa Mesa City Hall, 695 West 19th Street, Costa ,Mesa, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation. SECTION 2. The City Manager of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby J directed to cause notices of the said proposed vacation to be posted conspicuously along said strip of land for at least ten (10) days before the date of said hearing. Said notices shall be posted not more than three hundred (300) feet apart, but in no event shall less than three (3) be posted. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation printed in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, California.
