HomeMy WebLinkAbout63-57 - Aliso No. 1 Annexation - No Mjority Protest_ 2 RESOLUTION No. 63-57 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, FINDING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE. WHEREAS, this being the time and the place for hearing all protests in the matter of ALISO NO. 1 ANNEXATION of the City of Costa Mesa, and WHEREAS, said hearing has been held and all persons desiring to file written protests have filed such protests, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that protests were made by the owners of property representing 36.3% of the assessed valuation of the territory proposed to be annexed, and that a majority protest has not been made. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA does hereby resolve, find and declare that a majority protest had not been made in the ALISO NO. 1 ANNEXATION of the City of Costa Mesa.
