RESOLUTION No. 63-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PLANS, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 10 IN THE MATTER OF FAIRVIEW
ROAD AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS, ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction by this City Council, the City Engineer
has prepared plans, drawings, specifications and map of Assessment District
No. 10;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California,
does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the plans and drawings for Assessment District No. 10,
being Plan No. 11 consisting of 46 (46) sheets, the specifications of the
improvement in Assessment District No. 10, and the map of Assessment District
No. 10, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted as the plans, drawings,
specifications and map of Assessment District No. 10.
SECTION 2. That said plans, drawings, specifications and map be filed in
the office of the City Engineer and copies thereof filed in the office of the
City Clerk of said City.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1963•
