RESOLUTION No. 63-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
APPROVING THE MAP OF TRACT NO. 5005 AND ACCEPTING THE STREETS
AND ALLEYS SHOWN THEREON EOR PUBLIC USE FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAID MAP AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the benefit and best interest of the City of
■r Costa Mesa that the map of Tract No. 5005 be approved and that the streets and
Lalleys shown thereon be accepted for public use for highway purposes by the names
designated thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa
that the execution and recordation of said map be ratified, approved and confirmed
and that the streets and alleys shown thereon be, and the same are hereby, accepted
for public use for highway purposes by the names designated thereon, on condition
of the receipt by the City Clerk of the performance bonds for improvements as
established by the City Clerk, and that upon receipt of said performance bonds by
the said City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa, the City Clerk is authorized to sign
said map and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the agreement
for improvements.

City Council of the City of Costa Mesa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th
