RESOLUTION No. 65-4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF HAMILTON STREET LYING SOUTHERLY OF AND ADJACENT TO LOT 109 OF TRACT NO. 653• WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa did, on the 21st day of December, 1964, pass and adopt Resolution No. 64-125, entitled: A RESO- LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DECLARING ITS INTINTION J TO ORDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF HAMILTON STREET LYING SOUTHERLY OF AND ADJACENT TO LOT 109 OF TRACT NO. 653; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution of Intention the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation was set for Monday, the 18th day of January, 1965, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 695 West 19th Street, Costa Mesa, Cali- fornia; and WHEREAS, notices of said proposed vacation were duly and regularly posted as required by law, all pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, said date of hearing coming on regularly to be heard, all persons appearing on the proposed vacation were heard, and said hearing was closed on the 18th day of January, 1965; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa finds and determines, from all the evidence submitted, that the hereinafter described right of way is unnecessary for present or prospective street or alley purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the hereinafter described right of way is unnecessary for present or prospective street or alley purposes; 2. It is hereby ordered that the following described right of way be, and the same is hereby vacated: The easterly 35.00 feet of that portion of Hamilton Street lying southerly of and adjacent to Lots 106 through 109, inclusive, of Tract No. 653, as shown on a map of said Tract recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 19, page 42, records of Orange County, California.
