RESOLUTION N0. 65-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBING THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF THE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED IN THE MATTER OF HARBOR
BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 13).
WHEREAS, the City Council has employed D. Southworth, City Engineer, as
the Engineer of Work for a proposed improvement, to wit, acquisition of easements
and rights of way for street and sidewalk purposes and for the construction of
sidewalks and of pertinent work in connection therewith, and
WHEREAS, the City Council proposes to form an Assesment District to be
assessed for the aforesaid acquisition and improvement, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that said acquisition and improvement be done under
the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a map of the proposed Assessment
District, which map indicates by a boundary line the extent of the territory
included in the proposed Assessment District in the matter of Harbor Boulevard
Improvement District (Assessment District No. 13), and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the proposed boundaries of the Assessment District to be
assessed in Harbor Boulevard Improvement District (Assessment District No. 13)
are hereby described by reference to that certain map of the Assessment District
entitled "City of Costa Mesa, Harbor Boulevard Improvement District (Assessment
District No. 13)" dated February 1, 1965, said map showing the proposed boundaries
of the Assessment District by a boundary line shall govern for all details as to
the extent of the District; and said map is hereby approved and adopted as the
map of Assessment District No. 13 for the acquisition and work of improvement
in connection with Harbor Boulevard Improvement District.
SECTION 2. That the original and one copy of said map describing the pro-
posed boundaries of the Assessment District to be assessed in Harbor Boulevard
Improvement District shall be filed in the Office of the City Clerk of the City
of Costa Mesa, and said City Clerk shall endorse his certificate evidencing the
date and adoption of this resolution on said original and copy.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa shall file the original
of such map in his office and shall immediately thereafter file a copy thereof
with the County Clerk of the County of Orange.
SECTION 4. This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 3110 of Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1965.

of the City of Costa Mesa, do hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California, held on the lst day of
February, 1965, the foregoing Resolution, being Resolution No. 65-11, was con-
sidered section by section, and that said Resolution was then passed and
adopted as a whole by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Meyers, Snith, Wilson, Pinkley, and Jordan
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
