RESOLUTION NO. 64-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ORDERING THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF UNIMPROVED HAMILTON STREET IN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa did, on the 3rd day of February, 1964, pass and adopt Resolution No. 64-8, entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF UNIMPROVED HAMILTON STREET IN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution of Intention the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation was set for Monday, the 2nd day of March, 1964, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chamber at the City Hall, 695 West 19th Street, Costa Mesa, California; and WHEREAS, notices of said proposed vacation were duly and regularly posted as required by law, all pursuant to the pro- visions of Chapter 2, Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, said date of hearing coming on regularly to be heard, all persons appearing on the proposed vacation were heard, and said hearing was closed on the 2nd day of March, 1964; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa finds and determines, from all the evidence submitted, that the herein- after described right of way is unnecessary for present or prospective street or alley purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the hereinafter described right of way is unnecessary for present or prospective street or alley purposes. 2. It is hereby ordered that the following described right of way be, and the same is hereby vacated: 160 That portion of unimproved Hamilton Street lying along the southerly boundaries of Lots 107, 108 and 109, Tract No. 653, as shown on a map of said Tract recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 19, Page 42, Records of Orange County, California, being a strip of land 30.00 feet in width and 726.18 feet in length, beginning at a point 228.97 feet from the center line of Canyon Drive and extending 726.18 feet easterly from the point of beginning.
